2017 Forest River Cruise Lite 273QBXL travel trailer. Approx 30' long. Needs work, camper has been sitting for approx 3 years, floor on slide out is rotted and will need replaced. Unknown condition of pipes, unknown condition of water heater, interior lights work, electric awning and exterior light works, slide out works floor will need to be repaired. Unknown working condition of microwave, stove, ac/heat unit and refrigerator. Electric jack does not work. Has a bunk area in the rear, outdoor kitchen, 2 tv's inside of camper. All running lights on exterior of camper appear to be working. This is being sold as-is with no warranties or guarantees of any sort. It is highly recommended you do your due diligence prior to purchasing. Comes with a clean VA title.

Removal
Property may be removed by appointment only and appointments must be made at least 24 hours in advance. All items must be removed within ten (10) business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer's Certificate.
The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. No Assistance will be provided. A daily storage fee of $10.00 may be charged for any item not removed within the 10 business days allowed and stated on the Buyer's Certificate.
