This is a 2013 John Deere 35G Mini-Excavator. This excavator is an inoperable condition, with unknown service history. Approximately 456.3 hours. Can not guarantee that key on, engine off/accessory-monitor mode to power just the electrical system will power on due to the unknown battery condition, but it displayed the hours on 1/28/26. We cannot test if the engine starts up due to the leaks. The last time it ran was before the hydraulic leaks occurred which was over a year ago. There are hydraulic leaks at the track motor, which cannot run as it will spill out causing an environmental hazard. The buyer must agree not to run the unit on our property. The boom and blade are at an elevated level which is a few feet off the ground. The buyer will need to remove it off the property in the condition listed. The last picture shows how the machine is positioned for pick up.

No, Maintenance records are not available for inspection. It was maintained by CWS and if needed would have gone to a John Deere local full-service dealer. I don't have a response for the iron Mater rating. 03/06/2026 10:50:29 AM

No, there is no help for loading this equipment. As stated in the description “The last picture shows how the machine is positioned for pick up.” The equipment is located outside and will remain outside until it has been picked up by the winning buyer. 03/09/2026 07:47:05 AM

Removal
All items must be removed within 10 business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer’s Certificate. Purchases will be released only upon receipt of payment as specified. Successful bidders are responsible for loading and removal of all property awarded to them from the place where the property is located as indicated on the website, and in the Buyer’s Certificate. The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. Under no circumstances will Charleston Water System assume responsibility for packing, loading or shipping. Property may be removed between the hours of 9:00a.m. and 2:00p.m., Monday through Friday, excluding legal holidays. For additional information, please contact the Asset Contact to schedule a removal. A daily storage fee of $25.00 may be charged for items not removed within the 10 business days allowed and stated on the Buyer’s Certificate. PLEASE GIVE A MINIMUM OF 24 HOURS NOTICE TO SCHEDULE PICK UP and cannot be scheduled on weekends.
