This is for one (1) Planning Desk.

Desk has metal legs and a wooden top.

The desk is being sold as-is and where-is. Please see the photo for condition.

The buyer is responsible for all costs, labor, and equipment to remove the item.

· Bidders can inspect these items prior to bidding. All public inspections are done by appointment only.

· Individuals scheduling appointments will call to confirm appointments and be asked screening questions prior to them arriving. Any yes answers would result in a rescheduling appointment.

· No appointment will be allowed in the facility.

· Any person other than the buyer is required to show an Authorization of Release Form (attached) signed by the buyer and giving permission for the asset to be released.

If the winning bidder will be sending a third party to pick up the asset in their stead, they must fill out the attached Authorization of Release form, along with the Bill of Sale and return it to Lenore Bishop at lbishop@townofchapelhill.org with a copy of their Driver's License prior to scheduling the removal of this asset.
