This forklift is fully operable, drives well, and functions properly (under attachments: see Historical PM/Service Inspection Reports on pg. 2 to overview all functionality). The most recent service records are attached. The current hour meter is 635hrs as of 5/26/26.
It has a total of 2 keys. The washer fluid dispenser does not work. Also, the back tires will need to be replaced in the future (please see pictures for reference). The a/c and heat work. Some of the seat's cloth areas have torn due to age, resulting in visible cosmetic damage. Sometimes, when starting the forklift, a wrench warning light appears and then disappears after a few seconds, we believe this is a sensor that appears after starting the machine. We do not have any additional issues beyond those addressed above. It is being sold because as a large utility, we rotate out our older equipment for new equipment.
An email from GovDeals will be sent to CWS within 24 hours of payment notifying CWS of the payment along with the GovDeals Bill of Sale document to schedule a pickup time. Please give a minimum of 24 hours' notice for CWS to coordinate a pickup.
Please plan for the transportation of this forklift off our lot accordingly. If there is someone other than the buyer picking this forklift up, CWS requires an authorization of release form, to be completed and signed by the buyer in advance of the pickup. If someone other than the buyer is picking up the forklift, two additional forms are due from buyer to CWS in advance of the pickup.
CWS will gather as many maintenance records as possible to hand over to the new buyer. There will be no further details on repair / maintenance history provided during the auction period - other than what is in the attachments.
