Up For Auction is a John Deere 24'" Diameter Auger Attachment For a Tractor, PTO Driven, Includes Drive Shaft As Shown in Photos. There are no other parts or attaching hardware included except for what is shown in the photos. Nothing shown in the background of any photos is included, except for what is herein described.
Nothing is known as to the functionality of this auger, being sold as-is / where is, no warranty or guarantee is offered or implied.
Note: Delray Beach employees cannot assist with packaging or loading your item(s). The winning buyer should bring a suitable vehicle that can safely transport the item(s), and also bring materials, tools, and loading assistance as necessary.

SALES TAX
When applicable, sales tax is calculated based upon the auction’s advertised location.If you are seeking sales tax exemption, you must complete Liquidity Services’ tax exemption form(s). Removal
Property may be removed by appointment only and appointments must be made at least 24 hours in advance. All items must be removed within ten (10) business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer's Certificate.
The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. No Assistance will be provided. A daily storage fee of $10.00 may be charged for any item not removed within the 10 business days allowed and stated on the Buyer's Certificate.
