Item: 1999 16 FT TEXAS BRAGG UTILITY TRAILER

See attached photos. This is a 1999 16ft Texas Bragg Trailer. It has exterior damage, including dents, rust, and scratches. It has blower and weed eater racks and gorilla tailgate lifts. There is minor damage to the fenders, jack, ramps, and rails.


Equipment may be inspected from 8:00 AM - 3:30 PM on Monday through Friday. Inspections are by appointment only, contact Daniel Carter at 919-969-5144 for more information.


The Town of Chapel Hill makes no assurances about the mechanical condition of vehicles offered for sale at auction. All items are sold as-is-where-is. It is the responsibility of the buyer to inspect vehicles before bidding.


This vehicle has had scheduled maintenance by the Town’s professional Fleet Mechanics. Upon request of potential buyers, the Town’s Fleet Maintenance Division will provide copies of a list of work orders completed during the life of the vehicle.


If the winning bidder will be sending a third party to pick up the asset in their stead, they must fill out the attached Authorization of Release form, along with the Bill of Sale and return it to Lenore Bishop at lbishop@chapehillnc.gov with a copy of their Driver's License before scheduling the removal of this asset

Removal

Removal. All items must be removed within 10 business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer’s Certificate. Purchases will be released only upon receipt of payment as specified. Successful bidders are responsible for loading and removal and any and all property awarded to them from the place where the property is located as indicated on the website and in the Buyer’s Certificate. The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. Under no circumstances will Town of Chapel Hill assume responsibility for packing, loading or shipping. Property may be removed between the hours of 9:00a.m. and 3:00p.m., Monday through Friday, excluding legal holidays. A daily storage fee of $10.00 may be charged for any item not removed within the 10 business days allowed and stated on the Buyer’s Certificate.

All property is offered for sale “AS IS, WHERE IS.” (Seller) makes no warranty, guaranty or representation of any kind, expressed or implied, as to the merchantability or fitness for any purpose of the property offered for sale. Please note that upon removal of the property, all sales are final.
Description Warranty. Seller warrants to the Buyer that the property offered for sale will conform to its description. Any claim for misdescription must be made prior to removal of the property. If Seller confirms that the property does not conform to the description, Seller will keep the property and refund any money paid. The liability of the seller shall not exceed the actual purchase price of the property.
