This auction is for a matching solid wood office furniture suite, sold as one lot. The set includes:
Executive Desk – Approx. 31" H x 32" D x 66" W
Hutch – Approx. 79" H x 25" D x 66.5" W
2-Drawer Cabinet – Approx. 31" H x 23" D x 38" W
Office Chair
All pieces are constructed of solid wood except for chair and were previously used in a professional office setting. Furniture shows normal signs of wear consistent with age and use, including minor scuffs and surface wear.
Computer, phone and items on desk are not included.

Removal
Property may be removed by appointment only and appointments must be made at least 24 hours in advance. All items must be removed within ten (10) business days from the time and date of the close of the auction. We do not ship! The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. No Assistance will be provided. Bidders will be locked unless a prior arrangement has been made for any item not removed within the ten (10) business days allowed and stated on the Buyer's Certificate.
