3/25/24. Bus was in front end accident. The powertrain has been removed along with other parts. CNG Tanks are on top of bus. Seats 44. Buyer is responsible for towing from storage location. Buyer is responsible for removing within 10 days unless otherwise mutually agreed. After the 10 days, vehicles may be re-auctioned unless a
mutually agreeable pickup date is reached. After title has been delivered to the buyer or its agent,
any daily storage fees charged by Close & Co are the sole responsibility of the buyer. All vehicles
are sold in “As Is", "Where Is", "With All Faults”, and "Without Warranty". MetroLINK gives no express
warranty, nor does it make any representation or implied warranty that the vehicles will be fit or
sufficient for its intended purpose or manufacture, of any merchantable quality, of good material,

Removal
Property may be removed by appointment only and appointments must be made at least 24 hours in advance. All items must be removed within ten (10) business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer's Certificate.
The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. No Assistance will be provided. A daily storage fee of may be charged for any item not removed within the 10 business days allowed and stated on the Buyer's Certificate.

Description Warranty. Seller warrants to the Buyer that the property offered for sale will conform to its description. Any claim for misdescription must be made prior to removal of the property. If Seller confirms that the property does not conform to the description, Seller will keep the property and refund any money paid. The liability of the seller shall not exceed the actual purchase price of the property.
