Description

LESO vehicle, unknown condition, never been started by us. No batteries, spare tire in bed, engine cover does not open. Will need to be trailered and hauled away. Very good exterior and inside cab condition. Does have clean title. BUYING AS IS. Pickup must be scheduled 24 hours in advance, pickup Mon - Thurs 7am-4pm. You must email mbiancardi@bellavistaar.gov for pickup. You will not be able to reach me by phone prior to email.

    Edit: Brakes are locked, will need cage bolt to possibly release brakes. We have obtained caging bolts and manually released brakes now the unit rolls freely and can be winched onto trailer. 08/24/2026 16:05:56 PM

Removal

Property may be removed by appointment only and appointments must be made at least 24 hours in advance. All items must be removed within ten (10) business days from the time and date of the close of the auction.

The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. No Assistance will be provided. Bidders will be locked unless a prior arrangement has been made for any item not removed within the ten (10) business days allowed and stated on the Buyer's Certificate.
