This vehicle was purchased new by the City of Champaign & was utilized by the Police Department. The vehicle currently has 55,307 miles & was removed from service in March 2026 as part of our normal vehicle rotation cycle. The front tires have approximately 30% tread remaining & rear tires have approximately 50% tread remaining. The vehicle was reported to have a small fluid leak at the steering gearbox in Mar 2025 with a new gearbox being unavailable. This vehicle can be viewed between the hours of 7:30 a.m. to 3 p.m., Monday through Friday, excluding national holidays, at the City of Champaign Public Works Department, 702 Edgebrook Drive, Champaign, Illinois. Appointments should be made in advance by phone at 217-403-4700.
Payment
Wire Transfer is the only payment option for this item. The Wire Transfer Transaction Summary page will provide payment and account information. The Wire Transfer must be completed within 5 days unless otherwise specified below. Winning bidder shall make full payment via internet auction vendor prior to picking up the vehicle. High bidder is to take delivery of this vehicle within (30) days. Total balance is due before we will release the vehicle and/or any paperwork. We do not offer financing or accept credit card payments.
Removal
The vehicle must be picked up between the hours of 7:30 a.m. to 3 p.m., Monday through Friday at the same location. High bidder is responsible for picking up the vehicle from Champaign, Illinois. High bidder is responsible for all shipping and transportation costs.
