The Troy Township Road District is offering for sale a 2013 Caterpillar 304CR Mini Excavator, Serial No. BXT01411.
This unit is powered by a Caterpillar diesel engine with approximately 2,730 hours. The engine is operable and has been regularly maintained every 200 hours. No engine repairs are needed at this time. The Caterpillar automatic transmission is also operable, with no known repairs required. The equipment was removed from service in 2026, and maintenance records are available.
The exterior is yellow and shows normal wear, including minor dents and scratches. All glass is intact with no cracks. The interior features black cloth seating and includes an AM/FM radio and air conditioning.
The excavator is being sold with the following attachments:
• One 18" bucket
• One 24" bucket
• One 36" ditching bucket

Removal

The buyer is responsible for all aspects of pick-up / removal, including but not limited to packing, loading, transportation and exporting. Note: Shipping is NOT available.
Removal is by appointment only. All items must be picked-up / removed within 10 (ten) business days from auction closure, unless otherwise stated in the asset description. If any item(s) is not removed within the allotted timeframe, the item(s) may be declared abandoned.
At the time of pick-up / removal, you will be required to present the seller with a copy of your Buyer’s Certificate and/or bill of sale, and potentially other documentation (e.g., copy of driver's license, Authorization of Release, etc). When making a removal appointment, please confirm with the seller what is needed to release the item(s).
