Steel horizontal 900‑gallon fuel storage tank mounted on steel skids, formerly used by the City Public Works and Fire Department for diesel fuel storage and fueling of municipal vehicles and equipment. The tank is equipped with an electric fuel transfer pump, hose, and dispensing nozzle. No operational testing has been performed by the Seller.
The tank was last used in February 2026 and is currently empty. The tank and skid frame exhibit heavy exterior rust and paint deterioration, consistent with age and outdoor storage. Aside from exterior rust and cosmetic wear, the unit is believed to be in fair used condition for its age and municipal service history.
The Seller has not inspected the interior of the tank, tested the electric pump, verified operation, checked for leaks, or confirmed structural integrity. All components, including the tank, pump, electrical connections, hoses, fittings, and nozzle, are being sold as‑is and may require service, repair, or maintenance prior to use. Compliance with current fuel storage, electrical, environmental, fire code, or safety regulations has not been evaluated.
This item is being sold as surplus municipal equipment.

Removal is by appointment only. All items must be picked-up / removed within 10 (ten) business days from auction closure, unless otherwise stated in the asset description. If any item(s) is not removed within the allotted timeframe, the item(s) may be declared abandoned.
At the time of pick-up / removal, you will be required to present the seller with a copy of your Buyer’s Certificate and/or bill of sale, and potentially other documentation (e.g., copy of driver's license, Authorization of Release, etc). When making a removal appointment, please confirm with the seller what is needed to release the item(s).
