Yes. You must provide the authorization for removal before the 3rd party arrives to pick up. Please see the Certificate or Load out Documents once you have been awarded the asset. Once an asset is awarded and paid for, a Load Out contact will be provided. 05/15/2026 10:51:18 AM

Please review the Removal Instructions on the listing. You must either find a sponsor to escort you on base to pick up the vehicle, or send an authorized individual with an Authorization of Release form along with the bill of sale to claim the vehicle and sign the SF-57 on your behalf.
