35 ft pre-lit Giant Everest Fir Full Prelit Commercial artificial tree made by Red Sleigh Commercial. Purchased new in 2017 for $25,987 from Wintergreen Corp. Tree has 24,000 LED 5mm lights, weights 6,536 pounds when assembled. Base frame is 16' diameter, 22.8' with branches. Draws 1,671 watts or 15.2 amps at 120VAC. Unit was working when disassembled and placed into 5 storage boxes with other loose parts that are not boxed. Auction includes the storage boxes and the loose parts. Storage boxes have forklift openings. Used, as-is, where-is. No warranty or guarantees as to condition, performance, or function. Buyer must pick up and remove items within 10 business days of close of auction. City will, at it's complete and sole option, make a good faith effort to assist with loading by forklift if buyer signs waiver. No loading dock at the location. Inspection is available with appointment, although we will not open or provide access to boxes, remove or disturb the items. Cursor visual inspection of the lot is allowed if desired.
