This Auction Consists of the Following: One(1) lot of used tools that will be good for parts only. all equipment goes as one sale and the winner bidder gets everything in this auction. The lot includes One(1) Craftsman Welder that does not work completely, the temperature stick does Not work and cannot weld. next, is Three(3) Greenlee Gator battery powered crimping tools, batteries no good, no charger, and been sitting long time. next, Two(2) hand crimping tools. next, One(1) Craftsman Electric soldering gun. and last, One(1) Magliner Autotranformer service saver that has unknown problems that makes this unit good for parts only. everything listed on this auction is SOLD AS IS and will be good for parts ONLY. any other information on all of these tools are UNKNOWN. if you have any concerns you can call and make an appointment so you can lookover and inspect these tools

PAYMENT

If you are the winning bidder, you will facilitate payment by referring to the My Bids section of your account.

Note:

1. Payment is due within 5 (five) business days of auction closure.

2. Any invoice $5,000 or above requires payment via wire transfer.

SALES TAX

When applicable, sales tax is calculated based upon the auction’s advertised location.

Removal

All items must be removed within 10 business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer’s Certificate. Purchases will be released only upon receipt of payment as specified. Successful bidders are responsible for loading and removal and any and all property awarded to them from the place where the property is located as indicated on the website and in the Buyer’s Certificate.


THE BUYER WILL MAKE ALL ARRANGEMENTS AND PERFORM ALL WORK NECESSARY, INCLUDING PACKING, LOADING AND TRANSPORTATION OF THE PROPERTY. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WILL THE CITY OF SHELBY ASSUME RESPONSIBILITY FOR PACKING, LOADING OR SHIPPING. Property may be removed between the hours of 8:00a.m. and 3:00p.m., Monday through Friday, excluding legal holidays.

BUYER BEWARE---ALL ITEMS ARE SOLD “AS IS” AND WITH NO WARRANTY. BIDDERS ARE ENCOURAGED TO MAKE ARRANGEMENTS TO INSPECT ITEMS BEFORE BIDDING. THE CITY OF SHELBY DOES NOT PERFORM DIAGNOSTIC TESTING OF ANY KIND SO ITEMS MAY HAVE UNKNOWN DEFECTS OR FLAWS.


AUTOMOBILE PURCHASES: Any automobile purchased from City Of Shelby shall be removed from our premises within ten (10) business days. After that time period, the sale will be canceled and the automobile will be offered to the next highest bidder or re-auctioned. A default of this nature could result in a penalty in the form of a charge of 40% of the purchase price by GovDeals and a lockout of the City Of Shelby auction site. Automobile titles will not be released until the car is paid for. Vehicles may have unknown defects. The City of Shelby does not perform any diagnostic testing. All vehicles are sold “AS IS”.
