Lot includes masks (N95 and cloth), alcohol wipes, alcohol-based hand sanitizer (bottles & packs), nitrile gloves, surface cleaners, etc. All consumables offered expired between the years of 2022-2023 and are no longer suitable for use at Portland State University. No inventory of the lot has been, or will be, created.
Buyer is permitted to break pallets down for loading into their vehicle, but if pallets are broken down no assistance of any kind will be provided for loading. A forklift is available at our location to assist with loading into an appropriately-sized vehicle at no cost. Buyer is permitted to make multiple trips to remove property, but all pallets must be removed by end of day September 12, 2025. Any property remaining after this date may subject to storage fees of $10/pallet (16 sq ft) per day or Bidder default.
Do not claim these items if you are not able to remove them in this time frame.

Payment
PAYMENT MUST BE MADE ONLINE -- To make online payment, log into your Liquidity Services account and select 'My Bids'. Please follow the instructions there.
Payment in full is due not later than five (5) business days from the time and date of the Buyer's Certificate. If Payment is not received within five (5) business days from the time and date of the issuance of Buyer's Certificate, Bidder will be marked as a default bidder and equipment will be re-auctioned or offered to the next highest bidder. Payment must be made electronically via the payment methods listed below.
Removal
Property may be removed by appointment only and appointments must be made at least 24 hours in advance. All items must be removed within ten (10) business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer's Certificate.
The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. No Assistance will be provided. A daily storage fee of $10.00 may be charged for any item not removed within the 10 business days allowed and stated on the Buyer's Certificate.
