Removal Details:
• No loading assistance provided.
• Pickup will be done by appointment only. Pickup hours are Monday-Thursday from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. (closed from 12-1:30) and subject to change. CLOSED ON FRIDAYS for loadout!!
• Buyer is responsible for all loadout arrangements. Successful bidders are responsible for safe loading and removal of any and all property awarded to them.
• Bring your own jumper box/cables and air compressor
There is a $50.00 fee if items need to be palletized and shrink wrapped (per pallet).
At the time of pick-up / removal, you will be required to present the seller with a copy of your Buyer’s Certificate

SALES TAX

Removal
Property may be removed by appointment only and appointments must be made at least 24 hours in advance. All items must be removed within ten (10) business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer's Certificate.The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. No Assistance will be provided.
