SALES TAX

Removal
ONCE THE ITEM HAS BEEN REMOVED FROM THE SELLER’S LOCATION; ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
All items must be removed within 10 business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer’s Certificate. Purchases will be released only upon receipt of payment as specified. Successful bidders are responsible for loading and removal of any and all property awarded to them from the place where the property is located as indicated on the website and in the Buyer’s Certificate. If sending a transporter, the buyer will need to email a letter authorizing transporter to pick up vehicle on the buyer’s behalf. This letter will need to be emailed from the email address that the buyer used to set up their GOVDEALS account. Letter should be emailed to: fanderson@lavergnetn.gov At no time, is a buyer or any other NON SWORN person allowed to be on any LPD lot or work on any vehicle without an Officer.
A daily storage fee of $10.00 may be charged for any item not removed within the 10 business days allowed and stated on the Buyer’s Certificate.
Property must be removed by appointment only. Buyer must call 24 hours in advance to schedule a time for pick-up.
