The machine works very well when weight is being applied to the lid. The latch does not close as when it was newer and the rollers are not pressed sufficiently therefore it jams. but a bit of applied weight (we used a box of envelopes) solves the issue.According to the department who turned it in as surplus this item is functional:
Item was powered on and tested and although we were able to run basic folding jobs we were unable to get the inserter to function correctly. Upon inspection of the feed tray it looks like there is a stuck envelope in the mechanism. Item likely requires service or repairs of unknown severity to work at full capacity.

Removal
Property may be removed by appointment only and appointments must be made at least 24 hours in advance. All items must be removed within ten (10) business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer's Certificate.
The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. No Assistance will be provided. A daily storage fee of $10.00 may be charged for any item not removed within the 10 business days allowed and stated on the Buyer's Certificate.
