THERE WILL BE A 30 MINUTE GRACE PERIOD, HOWEVER, AFTER THIS TIME THE APPOINTMENT MUST BE RESCHEDULED. The bidder is invited, urged, and cautioned to inspect the item prior to submitting a bid. To the best of our knowledge, all identified deficiencies and mechanical problems are included in the listing. Most items offered for sale are used and may contain defects not immediately detectable. Unless otherwise specified in this invitation, the vehicle will be available for inspection (locations vary).

Removal
If you are the winning bidder, contact the Seller PRIOR to arriving for instructions on pickup and removal, and to verify the location of the item to be picked up. All assets must be removed within ten (10) business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer’s Certificate. Purchases will be released only upon receipt of payment as specified. The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. All expenses related to the packing, loading, shipping, and transportation are the sole responsibility of the winning bidder. Under no circumstances will Seller assume responsibility for packing, loading or shipping.
