Payment
PAYMENT If you are the winning bidder, you will facilitate payment by referring to the My Bids section of your account. Note: 1. Payment is due within 5 (five) business days of auction closure. 2. Any invoice $5,000 or above requires payment via wire transfer. 3. Removal
Please Call Before Pick up All items must be removed within 10 days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer’s Certificate. Purchases will be released only upon receipt of payment as specified. Successful bidders are responsible for loading, removal and transport any and all property awarded to them from the place where the property is located as Indicated on the website. No portable jump starter or jumper cables will be provided. Property may be removed between the hours of 8:00 a.m. – 11:00 a.m. and 1:00 p.m.- 2:00 p.m Monday through Friday, excluding legal holidays. Please note that upon removal of the property, all sales are final. We will not allow any vehicle be left outside the gate. “ NO EXCEPTIONS” A daily storage fee of $10.00 may be charged for any item not removed within the 10 business days. Special Instructions: Vehicle or Item is sold as is, where is & without Warranty. ** Titles for vehicles will be mailed via certified mail (Please verify that we have the correct mailing address) to the Bidder of record (individual or Company whose name in the Title Section on the Buyer’s Certificate from GovDeals) AFTER the city receives payment from GovDeals. The bill of sale will be signed at time of pick up**. “No Exceptions”. Merchandise will be declared forfeit, if payment is not received within 5 days business days and not removed in 10 days from the time and date auction ends. Bidders who forfeit will be banned from further participation. A pick-up release letter is required if any transit company or anyone other than the buyer that is listed on the buyer certificate will be picking up.
