Hours of operation for pickups are 900a-300p Monday through Friday. Property may be removed by appointment only and appointments must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Items are expected to be removed within (10) business days from the time and issuance of the Buyer's Certificate.

The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. No Assistance will be provided. Buyers are expected to bring proper tools (i.e. rope, ratchet straps) for safely securing any freight or items in their vehicle. You may be turned away and forced to reschedule your pickup if we deem your load to be unsafe. Buyers are permitted to arrange removal of property via a third-party, but will be required to complete and return an Authorization Release form. Auctions/Buyers with items that have not been removed within (10) business days will be considered Defaulted unless arrangements have been made with Asset Contact to extend removal deadline.

Do not bid on this auction unless you are sure that you want to purchase the item(s) offered for the amount you have bid. Buyers who do not commit to their bid/purchase will default. No exceptions will be made without exceptional cause.


NOTICE: If you are the winning bidder and default by failing to adhere to this sellers terms and conditions your account with Liquidity Services WILL BE LOCKED.

Guaranty Waiver. All property is offered for sale 'AS IS, WHERE IS.' Portland State University, OR makes no warranty, guaranty or representation of any kind, expressed or implied, as to the merchantability or fitness for any purpose of the property offered for sale. Please note that upon removal of the property, all sales are final.

Description Warranty. Seller warrants to the Buyer that the property offered for sale will conform to its description. Any claim for misdescription must be made prior to removal of the property. If Seller confirms that the property does not conform to the description, Seller will keep the property and refund any money paid. The liability of the seller shall not exceed the actual purchase price of the property.
