Description

All parts needed to make a single shelving unit with shelving on both sides. The parts included are: 1 frame measures 84" high x 36" wide, 1 base unit measures 35.5" wide x 24.5" deep, 2 frame holders, 10 shelves measuring 35.5" long x 9" deep, 20 shelf ends, and 2 angled shelves for the base measuring 9" deep x 35.5" long. These units can be connected to make a range of shelving as pictured below.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Pick up of items is by scheduled appointment only. An appointment must be scheduled at least 24 hours in advance. LEAVING A
VOICEMAIL IS NOT CONSIDERED AN APPOINTMENT, you must have confirmation by a person or email. The winning bidder is completely responsible for
loading and transportation of this item. Under no circumstances will the City of Urbandale or the Urbandale Public Library assume responsibility for packing,
loading or shipping.

Payment

Removal

Property may be removed by appointment only and appointments must be made at least 24 hours in advance. All items must be removed within ten (10) business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer's Certificate.

The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. No Assistance will be provided. A daily storage fee of $10.00 may be charged for any item not removed within the 10 business days allowed and stated on the Buyer's Certificate.

If Seller confirms that the property does not conform to the description, Seller will keep the property and refund any money paid. The liability of the seller shall not exceed the actual purchase price of the property.
