An assortment of office furniture for auction. The overall condition of the furniture can be seen in the photos. This lot includes 2 4-drawer filing cabinets, a table, a vacuum, a wide 4-drawer filing cabinet, and a 4-compartment wooden shelf. The keys to the filing cabinets are not included. These items will be sold as a lot and not parted out. Be sure to bring your own moving equipment to remove the office furniture. The furniture is located at City Hall on the 3rd floor. There is an elevator in the building. There is also an exit ramp in the back of the building and a loading area.

before placing a bid. Please also consider that no assistance will be provided with the removing of the auction
item. Sold AS IS, WHERE IS, No
WARRANTY. Bid at your own risk, not all defects can be detected though the photos. If any faults are detected
during the loading process to remove the
auction item, it is still the winning bidder's property. BID AT YOUR OWN RISK. Any claimed property will be removed before the winning bidder reemoves the item from the property. Any unclaimed property will be inherited by the winning bidder. No assistance will be provided
with the removal of the auction item. Appointments are welcome and encouraged. To

PURCHASED ITEM(S) ARE TO BE REMOVED WITHIN TEN (10) BUSINESS DAYS FROM THE
RECEIPT OF THE BUYERS CERTIFICATE VIA E-MAIL.

Inspections are between the hours of 8.00am and 4.00pm Monday through Friday, excluding legal holidays Guaranty Waiver: All property is offered for sale “AS IS, WHERE IS.” (Seller) makes no warranty, guaranty or representation of any kind, expressed or implied, as to the merchantability or fitness for any purpose of the property offered for sale. The Buyer is not entitled to any payment for loss of profit or any other money damages – special, direct, indirect, or consequential. Description Warranty: Seller warrants to the Buyer that the property offered for sale will conform to its description. Any claim for mis-description must be made prior to removal of the property. If Seller confirms that the property does not conform to the description, Seller will keep the property and a refund will be issued. The liability of the seller shall not exceed the actual purchase price of the property. Please note that upon removal of the property, all sales are final. Most items offered for sale are used and may contain defects not immediately detectable. Bidders may inspect the property prior to bidding. Payment
Buyers Premium: A 12.5% Buyers Premium will be added to the final selling price of all items in addition to any taxes imposed. Payment: Payment in full is due not later than 5 business days from the time and date of the Buyers Certificate. Payment must be made electronically through the GovDeals Website. Acceptable forms of payment are: PayPal, Wire Transfer, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover. NO CASH, CHECKS, OR MONEY ORDERS WILL BE ACCEPTED! How to make payment: Buyer must log into individual account and select "My Bids". Follow the instructions to complete payment.
Removal
Removal: All items must be removed within 10 business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer’s Certificate. Purchases will be released only upon receipt of payment as specified. Successful bidders are responsible for loading and removal and any and all property awarded to them from the place where the property is located as indicated on the website and in the Buyer’s Certificate.
