2010 Ford Fusion SEDAN 4-DR, 2.5L L4 DOHC 16V. This vehicle starts with a BOOST; please note that the buyer must bring their battery to start the vehicle. It runs and is drivable. The transmission is automatic. It is 2-wheel drive. There are dents, scratches, and dings. The tires seem to be in fair condition. Decals have been removed, but impressions remain. The radio is stock. The A/C condition is unknown. It has cruise control, tilt steering, and remote mirrors. Power steering, windows, and door locks are included. Removal
BIDDER SHALL CALL AND SCHEDULE THEIR PICK-UP DATE WITH AT LEAST 24 HOURS NOTICE. Payments are made through GovDeals before contacting the City of Wilson about removal. All items must be removed within 10 business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer’s Certificate. Purchases will be released only upon receipt of payment as specified. Successful bidders are responsible for loading and removal of any and all property awarded to them from the place where the property is located as indicated on the website and Buyer’s Certificate.
BUYER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR REMOVAL OF ALL ITEMS. THE CITY WILL NOT ASSIST WITH ANY COSTS, LOADING, OR ASSISTANCE. PLEASE COME PREPARED.
The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading, and transportation of property. Under no circumstances will the City of Wilson assume responsibility for packing, loading or shipping. Items may be removed between the hours of 9:00 AM and 3:00 PM, Tuesday through Thursday, excluding legal holidays. The City of Wilson reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to withdraw from sale any of the items listed.
