You ONLY get 50 per lot out of the 200 to choice from.
Buyer is responsible for loading the items themselves, buyer will need to bring equipment if needed to load the items and help.
We do not help load items or have any way to load the items.
All items are sold as is with no guarantees , warranties or returns.
Pickup time is between 9 am and 1 pm Monday through Friday

If you are the winning bidder, you will facilitate payment by referring to the My Bids section of your account.Note:

SALES TAX
When applicable, sales tax is calculated based upon the auction’s advertised location.If you are seeking sales tax exemption, you must complete Liquidity Services’ tax exemption form(s). Removal
Property may be removed by appointment only and appointments must be made at least 24 hours in advance. All items must be removed within ten (10) business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer's Certificate.
The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. No Assistance will be provided. A daily storage fee of $10.00 may be charged for any item not removed within the 10 business days allowed and stated on the Buyer's Certificate.

Kanawha County Schools, WV makes no warranty, guaranty or representation of any kind, expressed or implied, as to the merchantability or fitness for any purpose of the property offered for sale. Please note that upon removal of the property, all sales are final.

If Seller confirms that the property does not conform to the description, Seller will keep the property and refund any money paid.
