Removal

Property may be removed by appointment only and appointments must be made at least 24 hours in advance. All items must be removed within ten (10) business days from the time and date of the close of the auction.

All items are pick-up only. Shipping is not available under any circumstances.

  • We DO NOT allow prepaid shipping labels.
  • We DO NOT allow third-party or courier pick-ups (including FedEx, UPS, freight services, or other carriers).
  • The Buyer MUST be present in person to pick up all items.

The Buyer is solely responsible for making all arrangements and performing all work necessary for removal, including: packing, loading and transportation.

No assistance will be provided by the Seller.

Failure to comply with these terms may result in cancellation of the transaction.
