This vehicle was purchased new by the City of Champaign & was utilized by the Police Department. The vehicle currently has 148,414 miles, 30,010 engine hours, 23,680 idle hours & was removed from service in July 2026 as part of our normal vehicle rotation cycle and has not been driven regularly in about a year due to being replaced. The front & rear tires have approximately 90% tread remaining. This vehicle has had a history of transmission shifting issues, including after the transmission was replaced. Also, the check engine light is illuminated, but hasn’t been diagnosed due to the vehicle being removed from service. Additionally, the rear window switches are deactivated at the rear doors. A comprehensive report of the condition and prior maintenance is attached to this listing.

This vehicle can be viewed between the hours of 7:30 a.m. to 3 p.m., Monday through Friday, excluding national holidays, at the City of Champaign Public Works Department, 702 Edgebrook Drive, Champaign, Illinois. Appointments should be made in advance by phone at 217-403-4700.
Payment
Wire Transfer is the only payment option for this item. The Wire Transfer Transaction Summary page will provide payment and account information. The Wire Transfer must be completed within 5 days unless otherwise specified below. Winning bidder shall make full payment via internet auction vendor prior to picking up the vehicle. High bidder is to take delivery of this vehicle within (30) days. Total balance is due before we will release the vehicle and/or any paperwork. We do not offer financing or accept credit card payments.
Removal
The vehicle must be picked up between the hours of 7:30 a.m. to 3 p.m., Monday through Friday at the same location. High bidder is responsible for picking up the vehicle from Champaign, Illinois. High bidder is responsible for all shipping and transportation costs.
