2012 Honda Accord EX-L Coupe AT COUPE 2-DR 2.4L L4 DOHC 16V
This vehicle was seized as part of a police investigation by the Galveston Police Department. The vehicle was towed to its current location and has been sitting for over a year. I was unable to jump the battery as of 07/30/2026, so it is unknown if it has any major electrical or mechanical issues preventing the vehicle from operating.
The exterior of the vehicle is in decent cosmetic condition with obvious dents and dings that can been seen in the photographs. The interior is in poor cosmetic condition with multiple rips and tears in the leather seating. Please carefully review all pictures prior to placing a bid.
No warranties or guarantees. Sold "As Is, Where Is". No refunds. This vehicle may contain defects not immediately detectable or known about. Bidders are highly encouraged to inspect prior to bidding. Removal
Removal hours are from 8am to 2pm, Monday through Thursday, excluding legal holidays. The Bill of Sale and a photo ID must be presented at time of pick-up. No exceptions! Buyer/Transport Company will be turned away if the Bill of Sale has not been presented.

VEHICLE MUST BE TOWED OFF OF CITY PROPERTY.
Buyer shall remove auction item(s) from said agencies premises within ten (10) business days from the time and date of issuance of the Notice of Award. If the Buyer, after making payment for an item, fails to remove the item within the specified time, the City of Galveston Police Department reserves the right (1) to retain any and all payments; and (2) to dispose of the item as deemed desirable by the agency, including relisting the item for sale.
Successful bidders shall be responsible for the loading and removal of any and all property awarded to them from the place where the property is located, as indicated on the website and in the Notice of Award. The Buyer shall make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. Under no circumstances will the City of Galveston Police Department assume responsibility for packing, loading or shipping. Loading and transportation of all purchased items is strictly the buyer's responsibility. No service of any kind will be furnished by the City.
