One obsolete NABI coaches. Coach does not run, in various states of disrepair. Some parts removed.
Sold as scrap or for parts. Sold as is and where is. Must be towed from property.
Buyer is responsible for all costs, labor and equipment to tow. All coaches have good titles.
Buyer must comply with applicable provisions of Federal, State or Local requirements.
Coach is NOT operational. Sold as scrap and/or for parts only. When new, GVWR is 40,600 LBS.
The coach is as complete as possible however some components may be removed or missing.
Pictures provided are indicative of the type and various condition of the coaches and may not be the actual coaches.
Radios and fareboxes are not included in the sale. Not all coaches are pictured.

Payment
PAYMENT MUST BE MADE ONLINE-- To make online payment, Log into your GovDeals account and select “My Bids”. Please follow the instructions there. Payment in full is due not later than five (5) business days from the time and date of the Buyers Certificate. Payment must be made electronically through the GovDeals Website. Removal
Property may be removed BY APPOINTMENT ONLY between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 12:00 Noon, Monday thru Friday and appointments must be made at least 24 hours in advance. All items must be removed within ten (10) business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer’s Certificate. The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. No Assistance will be provided.

All property is offered for sale “AS IS, WHERE IS.” (Seller) makes no warranty, guaranty or representation of any kind, expressed or implied, as to the merchantability or fitness for any purpose of the property offered for sale. Please note that upon removal of the property, all sales are final. Description Warranty. Seller warrants to the Buyer that the property offered for sale will conform to its description. Any claim for misdescription must be made prior to removal of the property.
