1997 Melex 4 passenger 36 volt electric golf cart. Has flip kit with seat, headlights, tail lights, strobe light. AS IS. Does not run. User reports: "Cart will not hold a charge, even after installing new batteries". Cart was purchased used in 2016. Cart was used for campus security during school days, and escorting people during events.
We do not inspect or perform any diagnostics on vehicles or equipment prior to offering items for sale to determine mechanical or operational condition.
We do not pack and/or ship. You must make arrangements with a 3rd party shipper if you cannot pick up your item in person. 3rd party pickup, fill out the authorization of release form below the description in additional information, email to spiekerman.darcy@battlegroundps.org. We do not have weekend hours.

Removal
Property may be removed by appointment only and appointments must be made at least 24 hours in advance. All items must be removed within ten (10) business days from the time and date of the close of the auction.
The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. No Assistance will be provided. Bidders will be locked unless a prior arrangement has been made for any item not removed within the ten (10) business days allowed and stated on the Buyer's Certificate.
