AVAILABLE TIMES ARE MONDAY THROUGH FRIDAY 9:00AM TO 12:00PM and again from 1:00PM to 3:30PM at 8000 60th Street North, Pinellas Park, FL To schedule a date & time for inspection please call (727)-369-5720 and speak with Joseph Collier. There will be no pictures allowed during inspections.

PAYMENT

Removal

THE EQUIPMENT MUST BE REMOVED WITHIN SEVEN (7) BUSINESS DAYS OF AUCTION CLOSE. The buyer is responsible for their own pickup & removal, the City of Pinellas Park does not offer assistance for packaging, shipping, or loading of auction winnings.

The City makes no warranty of any kind as to the condition or capabilities of the equipment, or as to the fitness thereof, for the use of any particular purpose. The City will require that you indemnify and save it harmless of, and from any and all damages arising out of or resulting from your possession or use of the equipment. Your payment of the stated amount and acceptance of the equipment acknowledges your acceptance of these conditions.
