***Bidder is completely responsible for removal. Bidder is also HIGHLY encouraged to schedule a visit to figure out a process for removal. A crane will be needed to pick the trailer up and lift it over the building.

SALES TAX
When applicable, sales tax is calculated based upon the auction’s advertised location.If you are seeking sales tax exemption, you must complete Liquidity Services’ tax exemption form(s). We recommend doing this prior to the auction’s closure or before making payment. To do so, please visit Liquidity Services' Tax Exemption Submission Tool.
Removal
Property may be removed by appointment only and appointments must be made at least 24 hours in advance. All items must be removed within ten (10) business days from the time and date of the close of the auction. The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all necessary work, including packing, loading and transporting the property. No Assistance will be provided. Under no circumstances will Wallace State Community College assume responsibility for packing, loading, or shipping. Bidders will be locked unless a prior arrangement has been made for any item not removed within the ten (10) business days allowed and stated on the Buyer's Certificate.
Property may be removed between 8:00am and 2:00pm CST, Monday through Thursday and 8:00am and 10:00am CST on Fridays. A daily storage fee of $20.00 may be charged for any item not removed within the 10 business days allowed and stated on the Buyer's Certificate. To schedule an appointment to remove property, email Wesley Sams at wesley.sams@wallacestate.edu.
The Buyer must bring a physical copy of the Buyer's Certificate and a photo ID at time of pick up, and see Wesley Sams, to receive a Bill of Sale. Once the buyer receives a Bill of Sale, he will be directed to the applicable building to pick up his item(s). Guaranty Waiver. All property is offered for sale 'AS IS, WHERE IS.' Wallace State Community College, AL makes no warranty, guaranty or representation of any kind, expressed or implied, as to the merchantability or fitness for any purpose of the property offered for sale. Please note that upon removal of the property, all sales are final.
Description Warranty. Seller warrants to the Buyer that the property offered for sale will conform to its description. Any claim for misdescription must be made prior to removal of the property. If Seller confirms that the property does not conform to the description, Seller will keep the property and refund any money paid. The liability of the seller shall not exceed the actual purchase price of the property.
