Description: 2014 Forest River Cherokee 39KT Destination Trailer. This is an excellent opportunity for a handy buyer looking for a project — with some TLC this unit has solid potential. This unit is being sold on an AS-IS, WHERE-IS basis with no warranty expressed or implied. The seller makes no representations or guarantees regarding the condition, fitness for a particular purpose, or merchantability of this unit. The buyer assumes full responsibility for the trailer upon purchase and releases the seller from any and all liability related to the condition or use of this trailer after the sale.

Life Safety Inspection: A life safety inspection was completed on April 29, 2026 at RV Doctor, 624 Midway Road, Midway, TN 37809 as a condition of this sale.

Exterior / Frame: The frame is in very good visible condition. The upper exterior of the trailer will require a thorough cleaning/washing.
The rear wall shows visible signs of water damage along the upper section on both the streetside and curbside, consistent with moisture intrusion. See photos.

Electrical: 7-pin connector receptacle shows corrosion. The 120-volt circuit breaker box cover panel is cracked at the bottom of the door.

Fresh Water System: City water connection leaks. Onboard freshwater tank and pressure pump system could not be verified due to existing leaks.
Interior and exterior freshwater fixtures could not be verified due to existing leaks.

Running Gear / Tires: Tires are low on pressure and some are of unknown or aging manufacture dates. The curb rear tire (date code 0921) shows cracks in the sidewall. All tires are below the recommended 65 PSI.

LP Gas: No LP tanks are installed on the unit. Hoses and regulators are present. Drop test performed, no leaks.

LP Gas Leak Test: Performed at 8 inches of water column for 5 minutes. Passed
GFCI Circuits: Tested at bathroom, kitchen, and exterior receptacles. Passed
Wall Receptacles: Tested for correct polarity and ground fault. Passed
Hot Skin Test: Exterior tested for electrical shock hazard. Passed
Emergency Exit Windows: Verified operational. Passed
Fire Extinguisher: Gauge indicates charged; however, propellant appears solid — unit should be replaced.
Smoke / Fire Detector: Present but expired (expiration date 5/2013) — unit requires replacement.
Carbon Monoxide Detector: N/A — not equipped.
LP Gas Detector: Expired (expiration date 5/2022) — unit requires replacement.
