PAYMENT
If you are the winning bidder, you will facilitate payment by referring to the My Bids section of your account.Note:
1. Payment is due within 5 (five) business days of auction closure.
2. Any invoice $5,000 or above requires payment via wire transfer.

SALES TAX
When applicable, sales tax is calculated based upon the auction’s advertised location.If you are seeking sales tax exemption, you must complete Liquidity Services’ tax exemption form(s). We recommend doing this prior to the auction’s closure or before making payment. To do so, please visit Liquidity Services' Tax Exemption Submission Tool.
Removal
REMOVAL: Removal is by Appointment Only and all items must be removed within ten (10) business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer’s Certificate. Appointments must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
You must call Benny Cecil to make an appointment to remove your purchase(s). You may reach him at 919-270-4542. PLEASE BE SURE OF THE REMOVAL ADDRESS WHEN MAKING YOUR APPOINTMENT WITH MR. CECIL.
Purchases will be released only upon receipt of payment as specified. All auction items will be sold as is. The new owner will be responsible for all cost that might occur for the loading and moving of any Vehicle, Equipment or Surplus awarded to them from the place where the property is located as indicated on the website and in the Buyer’s Certificate. A daily storage fee of $10.00 may be charged for any item not removed within the 10 business days allowed and stated on the Buyer’s Certificate.
Vehicle Titles: Please allow 3 business days for Orange County to complete title work before picking up any vehicle. Or the vehicle can be picked up, and the title will be mailed within 5 business days. Please be aware that if you buy a vehicle, (The title will be assigned to the name and address on the Buyers Certificate, Once the title has been assigned, the new owner, will be responsible for having any Changes or Correction with NC DMV). The title will not be given to the buyer until the title transfer is completed. (NO OPEN TITLES - Don't Ask - All auction items will be sold as is).
