For auction is a vertical milling machine by Atrump machinery inc. The asset is in used and fair condition. It has not been tested by OSU Surplus. See pictures for more details. Accessories included.
All assets are sold as is, where is and without warranty. Once any asset is removed from the seller's premises there is no refund of monies previously paid. Assets may be inspected during normal business hours. Winning bidders are responsible for arranging asset pickup and transportation (Item pick up at bay 24). Inspections can be made only under appointment and prior approval.
We do not deliver any assets whatsoever, and are unable to provide any containment such as boxes, crates, straps, etc. Normal business hours are Monday - Friday 8am - 3pm. No appointments will be accepted on the third Tuesday of each month, due to the public sale. Appointments for removal of items must be made at least one business day in advance. Appointments are available on a first come, first served basis, and may not be available next day. Please see below for additional instructions, as well as for terms and conditions of the sale.

The description states the mill is in used fair condition. The pics show the head and x table disassembled as if it was being repaired and just stopped, threw the parts on a pallet and walked away. That is the condition in which this piece of equipment came to us. It may have been disassembled by the original owners for a variety of reasons. We were not told anything about this before receiving it. Thank you. 02/19/2026 07:24:39 AM

SALES TAX
When applicable, sales tax is calculated based upon the auction’s advertised location.If you are seeking sales tax exemption, you must complete Liquidity Services’ tax exemption form(s). Removal
Property may be removed by appointment only and appointments must be made at least 1 business day in advance. With the exception of the third Tuesday of each month which is the OSU Public sale. No pickups/ inspections will be allowed. All items must be removed within ten (10) business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer's Certificate.
The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. No Assistance will be provided. A daily storage fee of $10.00 may be charged for any item not removed within the 10 business days allowed and stated on the Buyer's Certificate.

Please note that upon removal of the property, all sales are final.
Description Warranty. Seller warrants to the Buyer that the property offered for sale will conform to its description. Any claim for misdescription must be made prior to removal of the property. If Seller confirms that the property does not conform to the description, Seller will keep the property and refund any money paid. The liability of the seller shall not exceed the actual purchase price of the property.
