Truck did start when it arrived on our lot after the accident however may not start now. Major damage prevents the vehicle from moving under its own power. Recommend that the vehicle is inspected in person. No information will be shared via phone calls or emails. No history is available. Seller will NOT assist with moving or loading. Be prepared to load or move vehicle WITHOUT help. May need repairs that we are unaware of. Like all our vehicles, it is sold AS IS, WHERE IS. Please see vehicle inspection form. No repairs allowed to be made on our lot. Seller will provide no assistance with removal -- come prepared to remove it off the lot yourself.
Buyer will be issued a "Government Form SF97 Application for Title" which will allow bidder to apply for clear title in any state. Please call 24 hours ahead to set appointment for pickup. Winning Bidder will be required to appear in PERSON at pickup, If the winning bidder is not able to pick up in person, a notarized POWER OF ATTORNEY will be required to release the vehicle to any other party.

Removal
Property/Vehicle may be removed by appointment only 7am-4pm M-F. Appointments must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Must pick up within 2 weeks of auction close.

Please note that upon removal of the property, all sales are final.
Description Warranty. Seller warrants to the Buyer that the property offered for sale will conform to its description. Any claim for misdescription must be made prior to removal of the property. If Seller confirms that the property does not conform to the description, Seller will keep the property and refund any money paid. The liability of the seller shall not exceed the actual purchase price of the property.
The buyer must be present to sign paper work for title.
