starts, runs, and drives. See attached vehicle inspection form. Vehicle may need other repairs that we are not aware of. Like all our vehicles, it is sold AS IS, WHERE IS. No repairs allowed to be made on our lot. Seller will provide no assistance with removal -- come prepared to remove it off the lot yourself.
Buyer will be issued a "Government Form SF97 Application for Title" which will allow bidder to apply for clear title in any state. Please call 24 hours ahead to set appointment for pickup. Winning Bidder will be required to appear in PERSON at pickup, If the winning bidder is not able to pick up in person, a notarized POWER OF ATTORNEY will be required to release the vehicle to any other party.

Removal
Property/Vehicle may be removed by appointment only and appointments must be made at least 24 hours in advance. All items must be removed within ten (10) business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer's Certificate.
The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. No Assistance will be provided. A daily storage fee of $10.00 may be charged for any item not removed within the 10 business days allowed and stated on the Buyer's Certificate. Winning Bidders: 1. Must schedule removal by appointment. 2. Must bring buyer's certificate and photo identification. 3. Winning Bidder will be required to appear in PERSON at pickup, to sign Title Application Paper work. Winning Bidder will be issued an SF 97.
