Most items offered for sale are used and may contain defects not immediately detectable. Bidders may inspect the property prior to bidding. Bidders must adhere to the dates and times indicated in the item description. Hazardous Materials: Items purchased may contain components that could be classified as hazardous materials as defined by federal, state and local rules and regulations. As such, the purchaser represents and warrants that any subsequent disposal of the purchased items or parts thereof by purchaser will be accomplished in accordance with federal, state and local requirements.

ONCE THE ITEM HAS BEEN REMOVED FROM THE SELLER’S LOCATION; ALL SALES ARE FINAL.


Ownership is transferred to the purchaser upon payment for items and removal is the sole responsibility of the purchasing party.


All items must be removed within 10 business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer’s Certificate. Purchases will be released only upon receipt of payment as specified. Successful bidders are responsible for loading and removal and any and all property awarded to them from the place where the property is located as indicated on the website and in the Buyer’s Certificate. The University is not and will not provide moving and loading assistance to the purchaser. In any event, once an item has been purchased, neither the University nor its employees shall bear any responsibility for loss or damage to the purchased items.


A daily storage fee of $10.00 may be charged for any item not removed within the 10 business days allowed and stated on the Buyer’s Certificate.
