Description

For auction is a used 2019 Ford Econoline CUTAWAY, 6.8L V10 SOHC 20V.

The engine and battery would not turn on, so it is unknown what condition it is in and if the vehicle will run at all. Because of this, the internal electronics such as the headlights, air conditioning, radio, etc. could not be tested. Because the dashboard would not turn on, we cannot verify if the mileage is accurate. For additional information, please see the attached maintenance records.

This vehicle appears to be in overall fair condition. There are some small points of damage on the body, such as rusting around the bumpers, some minor scuffing, and residue from OSU branded decals, but these appear to be largely cosmetic issues, rather than structural ones. The interior of the vehicle also appears in fair condition, but there are a few bigger issues. Four seats have been removed from the rear and are no present. There are two damaged fans present but it is unknown what they are from. The mobility lift has not been tested for functionality and it is unknown if it is in working condition. Please see photos for reference.

The title will be mailed to the winning bidder after the vehicle is paid and signed for.

All assets are sold as is, where is and without warranty. Once any asset is removed from the seller's premises there is no refund of monies previously paid. Winning bidders are responsible for arranging asset pickup and transportation. We do not deliver any assets whatsoever, and are unable to provide any containment such as boxes, crates, straps, etc. Assets may be inspected during normal business hours.

Normal business hours are Monday - Friday 8am - 3pm. No appointments will be accepted on the third Tuesday of each month, due to the public sale. Appointments for removal of items or inspections must be made at least one business day in advance. Appointments are available on a first come, first served basis, and may not be available next day.     The maintenance report indicated that this is compressed natural gas (CNG) fuel. We did not attempt to jump start it. The vehicle may need a new battery or may have further issues. Please see the maintenance reports for more details. Thank you. 04/24/2026 13:12:33 PM

Payment

PAYMENT

If you are the winning bidder, you will facilitate payment by referring to the My Bids section of your account.

Note:

1. Payment is due within 5 (five) business days of auction closure.

2. Any invoice $5,000 or above requires payment via wire transfer.

SALES TAX

When applicable, sales tax is calculated based upon the auction’s advertised location.

If you are seeking sales tax exemption, you must complete Liquidity Services’ tax exemption form(s). We recommend doing this prior to the auction’s closure or before making payment. To do so, please visit Liquidity Services' Tax Exemption Submission Tool.

Removal

Property may be removed by appointment only and appointments must be made at least 1 business day in advance. With the exception of the third Tuesday of each month which is the OSU Public sale. No pickups/ inspections will be allowed. All items must be removed within ten (10) business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer's Certificate.

The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. No Assistance will be provided. A daily storage fee of $10.00 may be charged for any item not removed within the 10 business days allowed and stated on the Buyer's Certificate.

Please note that upon removal of the property, all sales are final.

Description Warranty. Seller warrants to the Buyer that the property offered for sale will conform to its description. Any claim for misdescription must be made prior to removal of the property. If Seller confirms that the property does not conform to the description, Seller will keep the property and refund any money paid. The liability of the seller shall not exceed the actual purchase price of the property.

THE OHIO STATE UNIVERSITY SURPLUS DEPARTMENT WILL BE CLOSED DECEMBER 24, 2025 THROUGH JANUARY 2, 2026. THERE WILL BE NO ITEM PICK UPS DURING THIS TIME. WE WILL BE BACK AND FULLY OPERATIONAL ON MONDAY, JANUARY 5, 2026. THANK YOU.
