We have one John Deere 850 Tractor. Item is located in Los Lunas, NM at our Valencia Campus. Item has been sitting outside for an extended time and department states it does run. Does have torn seat, rust, oil, scraps etc. Any other exact issues are unknown and we recommend a physical inspection.
All items for sale are used, “as is”, “where is” and may contain defects not immediately detectable. A PHYSICAL INSPECTION IS ADVISED TO DETERMINE ACTUAL CONDITION. ALL SALES FINAL. NO REFUNDS. NO SHIPPING & HANDLING. NO LOADING ASSISTANCE. TOWING AT YOUR EXPENSE. WINNING BUYER NEEDS TO PUT TITLE IN YOUR OWN NAME AFTER IMEDITATELY AFTER PURCHASE. All costs and arrangements for dismantling, removal, or disposal of purchased items are the sole responsibility of the buyer. Payment must be made within 5 business days, and all items must be picked up within 10 business days of the auction closing. Failure to adhere to these terms may result in UNM reauctioning/disposing your item(s), your account defaulted, locked, blocked from future auctions, and assessed a fee to 40% of your winning bid amount.
1. Please contact UNM Surplus Property at 505-277-2923 or Email Us (best way is by email) to schedule an appointment for inspection/pickup.
2. Meet at University Services at 1128 University Blvd NE, Albuquerque, NM 87102 (next to KNME). You’ll then be escorted to the location or you can meet me at UNM Valencia Campus.
3. Bring the winning certificate, receipt and ID. If paid by wire, confirm payment received by UNM before arrival.
4. Bring extra personnel, tools, moving equipment, forklifts, motor winches, and spare battery.
5. No loading assistance will be given. You’ll be shown item(s) “as is”, “where is”.
3rd party removal. Buyers need to provide written authorization for a 3rd party to pick up item(s) on your behalf. Let us know their full name, provide them with the certificate and receipt.
UNM/sender is not responsible or liable for any injuries, fees/costs, lost, discarded, damaged or broken auction items that may occur during removal/shipment/transport.

If you are the winning bidder, you will facilitate payment by referring to the My Bids section of your account.

2. Any invoice $5,000 or above requires payment via wire transfer.

SALES TAX
When applicable, sales tax is calculated based upon the auction’s advertised location.
If you are seeking sales tax exemption, you must complete Liquidity Services’ tax exemption form(s). We recommend doing this prior to the auction’s closure or before making payment. To do so, please visit Liquidity Services' Tax Exemption Submission Tool. The University of New Mexico does not oversee any taxation. Removal
Property may be removed by appointment only and appointments must be made at least 24 hours in advance. All items must be removed within ten (10) business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer's Certificate.
The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. No Assistance will be provided. A daily storage fee of $10.00 may be charged for any item not removed within the 10 business days allowed and stated on the Buyer's Certificate.
