- There are no known issues with any of the items included. All Items must be picked up from the site in which they are held. Information regarding third party pickup companies is included in the "Removal" section below.

SALES TAX
When applicable, sales tax is calculated based upon the auction’s advertised location.
If you are seeking sales tax exemption, you must complete Liquidity Services’ tax exemption form(s). We recommend doing this prior to the auction’s closure or before making payment. To do so, please visit Liquidity Services' Tax Exemption Submission Tool.
If you are seeking to remove sales tax for the purpose of vehicle out of state registration, this can only be done through govdeals support. Sellers are unable to remove state sales tax from auctions.
Removal
The City of Eau Claire will not pack or ship any items. Successful bidders are responsible for removal and loading of any and all property awarded to them from the place where the property is located as indicated on the website and in the Buyer's Certificate. The City of Eau Claire will not assume responsibility for any packing, loading or shipping.
