Property may be removed by appointment only and appointments must be made at least 24-48 hours in advance. All items must be paid for within 5 days from the time and date of the close of the auction and all items must be removed within ten (10) business days from the time and date of the close of the auction.

The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. BIDDER IS RESPONSIBLE. NO ASSISTANCE WILL BE PROVIDED. Pickup locations may vary, please pay close attention to the listing for location details. Some items are located in a warehouse with a loading dock. Bidders will be locked unless a prior arrangement has been made for any item not removed within the 10 business days allowed and stated on the Buyer's Certificate.

Guaranty Waiver. All items sold as-is, where-is, without recourse against the State of West Virginia. The State makes no guaranty or warranty - express or implied – as to the validity of the title, quantity, quality, weight, size, or condition of any of the property or its fitness for any use or purpose. No claim will be considered for allowance or adjustment or for rescission of the sale based upon failure of the property to conform with any representation – express or implied. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. A minimum bid will be established by the WV State Tax Department and the winning bid must be equal to or greater than the minimum bid. The seller accepts no liability.
