The Port of Edmonds has taken custody of this vessel per RCW 53.08 and is selling it as abandoned. The
vessel is not owned nor was it used by the Port of Edmonds. No title is available. Documentation will be provided to secure a new title through the Department of Licensing.
This boat comes with no warranties or guarantees as to condition or operation. It has not been inspected by a
mechanic. Bidders are encouraged to inspect the vessel before bidding. Previews of auction vessels are by
appointment only; please call Dennis at 425-775-4588 to schedule an appointment to preview the vessel.

Terms and Conditions (PLEASE READ CAREFULLY)
• All sold “AS IS, WHERE IS & WITH ALL FAULTS” (No Warranties).
• ADVANCE PREVIEW AVAILABLE BY APPOINTMENT ONLY
• Boat moorage/storage is not available at the Port of Edmonds. No moorage/storage extensions will be granted.
• All sales are final. Payment must be made at time of sale according to auction house requirements. A 12.5% buyer’s premium will be charged to the buyer for all sales.
• The Port has full authority to refuse registration or bidding to anyone deemed not in the best interest of the Port or its agents.
• Minimum bids apply. Serious buyers must register to bid online to participate. Post-auction bids will not be considered.
• Items must be promptly removed within ten (10) business days at the buyer’s expense. Appointment required for completion of sale.
• Status of abandonment will resume on day eleven (11) if not removed and purchase price is forfeited.
• Vessel launch/load fees are the responsibility of the buyer, payment at time of service and scheduled by appointment only.
• Staying aboard the vessel is not permitted at the Port of Edmonds property.
• If the vessel is launched into the water; from the completion of the launch and securing your vessel on the dock, you will be granted one-hour to exit the harbor. Status of abandonment will resume after one-hour if not removed and purchase price is forfeited.

Unfortunately, we are unable to access the engine compartment to get your requested photos. The boat has not been hauled out, so there are no photos of the hull. There have been incidences where the vessel has taken on water but has not sunk. This vessel was acquired due to non-payment by means of RCW 53.08. Removal
The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. No Assistance will be provided. Bidders will be locked unless a prior arrangement has been made for any item not removed within the ten (10) business days allowed and stated on the Buyer's Certificate.

If Seller confirms that the property does not conform to the description, Seller will keep the property and refund any money paid. The liability of the seller shall not exceed the actual purchase price of the property.
