Used, good overall condition. Units appear intact with full pan rack sets, working doors, and functional control panels. Normal cosmetic wear consistent with commercial foodservice use.
Metro C539-CFC-U-BU full-size heated holding and proofing cabinets, part of the Metro C5 series. These units are designed for commercial foodservice operations requiring controlled temperature and humidity environments. Dual-function capability allows operators to switch between proofing mode (temperature + humidity control) and holding mode (temperature-only hot holding).
Each cabinet includes:
Clear polycarbonate door for visibility
Full stainless steel interior
Multiple removable pan slides compatible with full-size sheet pans
Manual dial controls for temperature (010 scale) and moisture (010 scale)

Removal
Property may be removed by appointment only and appointments must be made at least 24 hours in advance. All items must be removed within ten (10) business days from the time and date of the close of the auction.
