LOT OF 5 BENCHMADE POCKET KNIVES - USED!

(1) Donated TSAVAP Property

We will assist with shipping. If you are the winning bidder, once payment has been made, we will reach out to you with shipping instructions. We will gladly combine shipping on multiple auction lots won in order to save you money on the shipping costs.

These items may contain broken and or missing pieces, or could have function issues, rust, dirt, or scratches; and we do not certify authenticity. Please see photos for details. It is the buyer’s responsibility to inspect all information and pictures of these items contained in this listing before bidding. Items being shipped will be shipped out no later than 12:00 PM CST on Fridays, if the shipping label is sent after 12:00 PM CST the package will go out the following week.

Inspection

It is the buyer’s responsibility to attend the public viewing and inspections by appointment only during 04/08-04/10. Q&A will end on 04/10 at 12 p.m.

Surplus property may be used, salvage, parts only, etc.Property may have unknown issues such as missing parts and defects. We do not test or diagnose property.

Let the buyer beware that all items are sold as is, where is, without any warranty or guarantees for buyer’s remorse or failure to attend public viewing and inspection.

All sales are final upon pickup and removal of the purchased property with no options for refunds.

Payment

PAYMENT

If you are the winning bidder, you will facilitate payment by referring to the My Bids section of your account.

Note:

1. Payment is due within 5 (five) business days of auction closure.

2. Any invoice $5,000 or above requires payment via wire transfer.

SALES TAX

When applicable, sales tax is calculated based upon the auction’s advertised location.

Removal

Printed Pickup Paperwork is REQUIRED: The forms below must be printed, completed, and presented to Alabama Surplus Property staff when arriving for pickups. You must print your paperwork.

1) Loading Assistance Waiver:

Loading Assistance Waiver - Please click the link for a copy of the waiver.

• Items will be placed next to buyer’s vehicle

• The buyer or third-party pickup is responsible for loading items into their vehicles.

2) Buyer Pickup: Buyers must bring printed copies of the following documents. Purchased items will not be released without these documents and no exceptions will be made.

• Buyers Certificate

• Buyers Driver’s License

• Completed Loading Assistance Waiver

3) Third-Party Pickup: Third-Party Pickup Person(s) must bring printed copies of the following documents. Lots will not be released without these documents and no exceptions will be made.

• Completed Loading Assistance Waiver

Payment: All payment arrangements are made through GovDeals.com. Purchases will only be released upon receipt of payment as specified.

Buyers will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including paperwork, shrink wrapping, packing, loading, shipping, and transportation. Under no circumstances will the State of Alabama Surplus Property Division assume responsibility for paperwork, packing, loading, shipping, and transportation.

Please pickup and remove your items from 8:00am – 2:30pm CST, we will not load anything else after 4:00 pm regardless of if the buyer has all their property.
