Removal

The buyer is responsible for all aspects of pick-up / removal, including but not limited to packing, loading, transportation and exporting. Note: Shipping is NOT available.

We highly recommend you inform your third-party hauler that the vehicle has no keys, before proceeding to pick up location.
All items must be picked-up / removed within five (5) business days from auction closure, unless otherwise stated in the asset description. A daily storage fee of $25.00 may be charged by Rusniaks for any item not removed within the five (5) business days If any item(s) is not removed within the allotted timeframe, the item(s) may be declared abandoned.
At the time of pick-up / removal, you will be required to present the seller with a copy of your Buyer’s Certificate and/or bill of sale, and potentially other documentation (e.g., copy of driver's license, Authorization of Release, etc). When making a removal appointment, please confirm with the seller what is needed to release the item(s).

NOTICE:
ALL VEHICLES ARE SALVAGE UNLESS OTHERWISE NOTED: All vehicles will come with a 907A along with a bill of Sale, you need to read the instructions on the 907A on how to apply for a title. You must apply in NEW YORK STATE for an inspection of the vehicle, which means that the car WILL HAVE TO BE INSPECTED IN NEW YORK STATE. All titles that are issued will be a SALVAGE TITLE. This is not saying these were salvaged due to accidents.
907A has to be sent into New York State for a Salvage inspection in New York State. New York State 907A's are not accepted in any other STATE or COUNTRY.
If you are the winning bidder and default by failing to adhere to this seller's terms and conditions, your account with Liquidity Services WILL BE LOCKED.
