INSPECTIONS ARE RECOMMENDED. AVAILABLE TIMES ARE MONDAY THROUGH FRIDAY 9:00AM TO 12:00PM and again from 1:00PM to 3:30PM at 8000 60th Street North, Pinellas Park, FL. To schedule a date & time for inspection please call (727)-369-5714. There will be no pictures allowed during inspections.

PAYMENT
If you are the winning bidder, you will facilitate payment by referring to the My Bids section of your account.Note:
1. Payment is due within 5 (five) business days of auction closure.
2. Any invoice $5,000 or above requires payment via wire transfer.

SALES TAX
When applicable, sales tax is calculated based upon the auction’s advertised location.If you are seeking sales tax exemption, you must complete Liquidity Services’ tax exemption form(s). We recommend doing this prior to the auction’s closure or before making payment. To do so, please visit Liquidity Services' Tax Exemption Submission Tool.
Removal
THE EQUIPMENT MUST BE REMOVED WITHIN SEVEN (7) BUSINESS DAYS OF AUCTION CLOSE. Monday through Friday 8:00AM to 12:00PM or 1:00PM to 3:30PM. The buyer is responsible for their own pickup & removal, the City of Pinellas Park does not offer assistance for packaging, shipping, or loading of auction winnings.
Special Instructions
The City makes no warranty of any kind as to the condition or capabilities of the equipment, or as to the fitness thereof, for the use of any particular purpose. The City will require that you indemnify and save it harmless of, and from any and all damages arising out of or resulting from your possession or use of the equipment. Your payment of the stated amount and acceptance of the equipment acknowledges your acceptance of these conditions.
