Inspection
Most items offered for sale are used and may contain defects not immediately detectable. Bidders may inspect the property prior to bidding by appointment only with Shannon Rhodes @ 334-567-1229 x 21008. Bidders must have an appointment at least one day in advance.
Payment
Payment in full is due not later than 5 business days from the time and date of the Buyer’s Certificate. Acceptable forms of payment are: U. S. Currency, Certified Cashiers Check, or Money Order. Once the winning bidder is confirmed and contact is made with Shannon Rhodes, payment will be made at pickup.
Removal
All items must be removed within 5 business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer’s Certificate. The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. Property removal will be by appointment only with Shannon Rhodes upon payment in full. If item is not removed within 5 business days a storage fee may apply.
