Fair condition. Lectern: The Veneer is damaged/worn in several spots but remains sturdy. The rack has some old power cables in it still that can still be used.

Individuals interested in viewing this item must call Josh Parkins at 816-969-1272 for an appointment.

Winning bidder must plan on pick up before 3:00 PM CST and must be 24 hours in advance.

Conditions of all items are "As is, Where is".

Only item described herein is included in sale regardless of what else is pictured.

Payment

Removal

Buyers have sole responsibility for making all arrangements and performing all work necessary to remove items. All items must be picked up between the hours of 9:00 am and 3:00 pm local time, Monday thru Friday, and must be scheduled in advance. Buyers of vehicles and equipment must give the city 24 hours notice before picking up. For all property sold at a different location from City Hall, buyers must make arrangements for transportation to the site of pick up. The City will not be responsible for transporting buyers to the property location site.

Description Warranty. Seller warrants to the Buyer that the property offered for sale will conform to its description. Any claim for misdescription must be made prior to removal of the property. If Seller confirms that the property does not conform to the description, Seller will keep the property and refund any money paid. The liability of the seller shall not exceed the actual purchase price of the property.
